Team Member Responsibility

Every team member at BEKAERT ROGERS plays a crucial role in maintaining health and safety standards, following good housekeeping practices, and using safe work practices. It is important to utilize the BeCare tools, adhere to Life Saving Rules, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and report any safety concerns promptly. Failure to comply with safety regulations will lead to disciplinary action. Additionally, team members must adhere to environmental guidelines to uphold a clean and efficient manufacturing environment that ensures high-quality output.

Each team member contributes significantly to the quality of Bekaert's products, which is essential for building lasting partnerships with customers. Scope

Essential Job Functions

Self-motivated with high work ethics
Positive attitude and team player
Knowledge of plant equipment
Formal training in electrical/electronics
Proficiency in electrical systems and components
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to repair circuit boards and assemblies
Experience in electrical wiring and installation
Willingness to be respirator certified
Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting
Acceptance of call-in duties and night shifts
Completion of relevant task training
