    The Business Operations Manager supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through administration of daily accounting, human resources and hospitality services of the community. We are looking for a personable and detail oriented person to ensure the highest level of customer service and hospitality throughout the community. This position is responsible for accurate and efficient management of weekly payroll, resident billing and accounting operational processes. Additionally the Business Operations Manager oversees the supervision of the business office including staffing and training of front-desk/concierge team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and/or equivalent related experience
    • Understands accounting principles and budget administration
    • Knowledge of health care billing requirements, accounts receivable management and financial applications
    • Minimum of two years' relevant experience required, preferably in the senior services industry
    • Knowledge of billing long term care insurance a plus
    • Demonstrated competencies in human resource management, staff development and management, problem resolution
    • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, laws and regulations a plus
    • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
    • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, team members, vendors, and general public
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to work unconventional hours and support our weekend manager on duty program
