    We are seeking to add a Data Entry Operator to our team You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter variety of data using current technology.
    • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
    • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
    • Review and enter data updates in the systems.
    • Review discrepancies in data received.
    • Advise supervisor of issues related to data.
    • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties.
    • Perform daily audits and data entry corrections.
    • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques.
    • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function.
    • Perform data entry duties typing, faxing.
    • Input and print Purchase Orders in multiple states.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields.
    • Excellent typing skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented.
    • Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs (Excel, Word)
    • Data entry clerks come from all different backgrounds including, data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields & more.
