    Description

    Are you a seasoned professional in underground utilities with a passion for delivering exceptional results? We're seeking a Pipe Superintendent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of underground utilities projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate installation of underground utilities.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Communicate effectively with owner to address any issues or concerns and provide regular project updates.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities, with a focus on pipe installation.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
    • Strong knowledge of underground construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
