We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Children Youth and Family CYF team This role plays a key part in supporting both programmatic and administrative operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of CYF services The salary for this full-time position is $55 000 Responsibilities Ensure all program documentation complies with organizational policies and funding guidelines Maintain databases and tracking systems for program data participant information and funding requirements Assist in preparing progress reports grant applications and evaluation summaries Prepare and organize materials for meetings presentations and strategic planning sessions Maintain accurate tracking of staff hours time off resource allocation for the team Coordinate logistics for community events youth activities family nights workshops Handle routine correspondence with families community partners volunteers staff Support the development dissemination of program flyers newsletters outreach materials Requirements Associate Bachelor degree preferred relevant administrative social services experience required Must be able to travel sites needed Strong organizational time management multitasking skills Excellent written verbal communication skills Proficiency MS Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Ability work independently collaboratively maintain confidentiality Benefits Generous paid time off Comprehensive Health Benefits Flexible Spending Account FSA Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement HRA Tuition daycare personal emergency reimbursements Disability life insurance Staff appreciation events employee mental health wellness initiatives WJCS INC AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER If have questions about posting please contact Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Internet Publishing
