Seeking an experienced civils project manager on behalf of an established multi-division contractor in NY.

This client, founded in 1995, has evolved into a leading construction firm, specializing in a multitude of disciplines including concrete, masonry, plastering, drywall, and acoustic solutions. They have successfully completed projects valued at nearly $1 billion, solidifying their reputation as a leader in the industry.

*Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against metrics.

Procure necessary resources and supervise on-site activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.

Manage project finances, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, addressing key milestones and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience in civil construction project management.

Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in project management software and construction management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
