- Under the direction of the Site Manager – develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards; train quality team and operations teams as needed
- Lead internal and external audits of the QMS to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints
- Lead the Quality Team in completing Root Cause Analysis for corrective actions and future improvements in manufacturing processes to drive continuous quality enhancement
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
- Work alongside operations teams to develop and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and specifications
- Analyze process data and recommend improvements to optimize product quality and production efficiency
- Encourage and Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Write and effectively communicate corrective actions, providing guidance to the operation team and follow up
- Support production teams in meeting quality and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in new product development projects to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Provide training and support to production and quality control personnel to ensure compliance with ISO Standards and in our QMS (CompliantPro)
- Support creative and improved documentation for manufacturing processes in maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Certification Standards
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to management
- Perform day to day activities to support Quality Inspections to meet customer requirements
- Assist in resolving technical concerns, liaising with production and sales teams
- Serve as member of Travel Team who will travel to customer sites throughout US, Canada, and Mexico as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management principles; experience in conducting internal and external audits
- Experience in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and CAPA
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software
- Previous experience working in CompliantPro software a plus
- Proven ability to lead and train teams on quality standards
- Ability to write and clearly communicate corrective actions and follow up
- Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management system (QMS) under the guidance of the Site Manager to lead our quality team in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
The role requires a hands-on approach to quality control and assurance, with a strong focus on process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
