    Job Summary

    The Senior Financial Analyst has a critical role on the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
    The role will provide comprehensive finance support to Base EBITDA budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    The position will completein-depth variance analysis on components of Base EBITDA. This will require working with various functional support groups within the organization.

    Responsibilities


    • Provide comprehensive finance support toBase EBITDAbudgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting.
    • Provide in-depth variance analysis on components ofBase EBITDA. This will require working with various functional support groups within the organization.
    • Supports the preparation of the monthly COA (Cost of Acquisition) report and the COA Dashboard.
    • Assist in the preparation of SG&A reports, as directed.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the Base EBITDA forecast model, as directed.
    • Gather and update information to support the preparation of the monthly EBITDA deck.
    • Drive productivity enhancements via automation and data gathering process improvements.
    • Support various ad hoc financial analysis requests, as directed.
    • Identify and drive opportunities to improve the financial performance of the business.
    • Drive financial and operational process improvement initiatives.
    • Fulfilling such duties and responsibilities and complying with such Company rules and policies as the Company may designate from time to time and as are consistent with your Position.
    • Using your best efforts to promote the interests of the Company.
    • In the exercise of your powers and in the discharge of your duties, faithfully, honestly, and diligently serving the Company with a view to the best interests of the Company and exercising the care, diligence, and skill that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in comparable circumstances.
    • Performing other responsibilities that would customarily be performed within the scope of your Position, as directed by the Senior VP of Finance, CFO or as may be otherwise requested and assigned by the Company.
    Qualifications


    • Under-graduate degree in accounting, finance, engineering or business administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning or related roles. Retail Energy Experience preferred.
    • Experience withfinancial statements and financial modeling.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate and problem-solving skills.
    • A self-starter with an extremely strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, solve, and where appropriate, escalate issues.
    • Strong decision making, analytical skills, and qualitative and quantitative reasoning capabilities.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Experience with Power BI and SQL preferred.
