Job description
We're Portal PRO — a college basketball transfer portal scouting platform. We need a premium-looking trade show TV loop video (silent-friendly) for the NABC Convention.The video should be 75–90 seconds, 16:9, and designed so a coach can walk up mid-loop and instantly understand what we do.
Deliverable1 looping video (MP4) that tells a clear Portal narrative: Archetypes + Fit Scores → shortlist → player profile proof (Portal Probability + NIL Value) → Add to Watchlist → Email/SMS alerts → "Book a Demo" QR CTA
We also want individual scene clips exported (6–8 short clips) so we can reuse them for email/LinkedIn outreach, plus 3 thumbnail stills.
What you'll do
- Capture screen recordings inside our SaaS product (we'll provide a demo login and an exact shot list/script)
- Edit into a tight, clean loop with large onscreen captions and simple callouts
- Create 4–6 big, readable "alert cards" (portal entry/withdrawn/committed, NIL updates, portal probability increase, etc.)
- Build a clean end screen with a QR code to Book a Demo
Motion graphics + SaaS/product demo editing (After Effects/Premiere or equivalent), strong typography, and the ability to make content readable on a large TV from 10–15 feet away.
How we like to work- We move quickly and give clear direction.
- You'll get a script, shot list, brand assets, and the booking link for the QR.
- Milestones: (1) a 10–15 second test capture first, (2) first full cut, (3) final polish.
- We prefer one consolidated revision round for text/timing/callouts.
