    Job Description


    American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Medical Imaging Tech III with 2+ years of recent specialty experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a dedicated catheterization laboratory
    • Procedures involve cardiac catheterization and related imaging studies
    • Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    • No blocked scheduling is permitted
    • Competency testing may be required, with two attempts permitted
    • Requests for time off must be submitted during application
    • More than three call outs in a 13-week contract may result in termination and make-up shifts are required within six weeks
    • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from specified counties
    • Only one position application permitted per traveler
    • Travel pairs are not allowed

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
    • Active NYS Medical Imaging Technologist license required if applicable
    • Certifications from AHA or RQI are required
    • Experience with Epic EMR is mandatory
    • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
    • US Social Security Number is required for consideration
    • Medical exemptions for influenza vaccination must be signed by a licensed professional
