- Service all incoming calls from patients, facilities, hospitals, imaging centers, insurance companies, and providers.
- Provide clear and accurate information to patients regarding the authorization process, requirements, and timelines.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or issues related to procedure authorization promptly and professionally.
- Escalate concerns as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year of healthcare customer service experience.
- Experience with CPT Coding and ICD10 preferred.
- Strong drive and work ethic; ability to work independently as well in a small team, carry out assignments to completion.
- Demonstrating resilience in the face of difficulties.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
