- Develop tailored packages for new clients and conduct demonstrations and meetings as needed
- Build strong relationships through compelling presentations and personalized interactions
- Gain insights into clients' communication and tech requirements by participating in meetings and staying up-to-date on product offerings
- Propose personalized solutions to fulfill clients' specific needs
- Showcase expertise in telecommunications and entertainment through hands-on demos
- Ensure seamless delivery of the customer journey, from sale to installation, to nurture relationships and expand the client base
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Account Managers to enhance the client journey and establish sales goals
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administration, Management, or Marketing
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity in all dealings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a proactive, creative approach
- Flexible, receptive to new concepts, and eager to take on fresh challenges
- Innate drive for success and continuous improvement
