    Together, we won't stopThis highly visible and critical role supports revenue planning and analysis at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, a high growth business unit at T-Mobile.

    The role forms close partnerships with cross functional leaders to drive revenue planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

    This role provides analytical and direct business support including the forecast, monthly close, annual and LRP plan processes and involves the coordination of business inputs across multiple departments, creation of revenue forecast and results analysis and management reporting packages.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Lead a team of Managers and/or Analysts, while building a strong culture around results and values.

    Leads the development, interpretation, and implementation of financial concepts for financial planning and control for both the departmental operating and capital budgets and forecasts.

    Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
    Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks.
    Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance.
    Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction.

    Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.

    Lead the development of key performance indicators and benchmarks across accounts, markets, business units, and channels; develop process for measurement and reporting; communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports.

    Work internally and with strategic partners to ensure processes and procedures are in place for proper accounting controls and audits.

    Ensure that forecasts /budgets reflect current policies/procedures.


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required)

    Work Experience:7-10 years of experience, ideally with experience in a revenue/finance planning and analysis role in a high growth advertising or media company or in other highly analytical roles (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance)2-4 years experience managing team and strategic projects with organization-wide impact2-4 years Experience in SAP or similar ERP.2-4 years Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion or similar tools.
    More than 10 years Experience in Analytics and Planning.
    Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in business case development, complex financial modeling.
    Proven track record of advanced analytical skills; must be able to define and execute key analyses with minimal supervision.
    Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company.
    Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics and communicate results effectively.
    Ad-tech/media role with finance/revenue analysis & planning work experience preferred.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups.

    Exceptional communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to executive team in a clear, concise and actionable manner.

    Superior problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage numerous projects with competing timelinesExperience creating and implementing process and standardizing business performance reporting.

    Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
