- Ensures all charts have appropriate forms for documentation.
- Relays messages to caregivers promptly.
- Enters orders accurately in the system.

- Schedules patient appointments.
- Uses computer systems properly.
- Assists others constructively.
- Pre-admits patients before initial consultation.
- Answers telephone professionally.
- Prioritizes tasks efficiently.
- Enters orders for radiology and laboratory procedures.
- Collects co-pays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant in a hospital setting preferred.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) preferred upon hire, and required within 30 days of hire.
