Job summary
The Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure is the primary on-site leader and field execution authority for Smart Tech Contracting on hyperscale and colocation data center construction projects ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW.
This role owns day-to-day site operations, supervising all STC labor, subcontractors, and partner firms while coordinating activities across all trades on site.
The Site Superintendent serves as the single point of contact and face of STC to General Contractor superintendents, owner representatives, commissioning authorities, and key trade partners.
- Serve as STC's primary on-site representative to GC superintendents, owner construction managers,and commissioning authorities
- Lead daily coordination meetings,site walks,and trade alignment sessions to maintain execution flow
- Resolve field conflictsand sequencing issues in real time to protect scheduleand quality
