    As a Senior Business Manager, you will exercise and develop your operational and business management skills, partner with, and be able to support the business efficiently at any level. You'll be a vital, trusted member of the CXP Exec office team, an exemplar of cultural alignment and the highest professional standards. Bringing business acumen, decision-making and operational excellence is essential in this role. You will need to be self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and efficient at communication in a fast-paced environment while driving with high quality results.

    Responsibilities
    • Business Planning: Partner with the CXP Chief of Staff, Exec Office team, and CXP Leadership Team (LT) to influence, manage and execute CXP's business rhythm including Rhythm of Business (RoB) and planning process. Drive thoughtful execution through coordination and engagement with teams inclusive of activities like semester planning, Monthly Business Review (MBR) management, and execution of org level Objective Key Results (OKR's).
    • Business Rhythm: Lead and coordinate RoB for the CXP organization. Includes ownership of All Hands, weekly Staff meetings, LT rhythm, manager meetings, etc. Also includes the culture RoB - mapping a yearlong key Cultural Events (ie. Culture Day) view and plan for execution, in partnership with key stakeholders across the org and exec office.
    • CXP & C + AI collaboration: Work closely with CXP exec office as well as the other cross C+AI Chief's of Staff on everything from business RoB, Planning, and cross CXP & C+AI initiatives.
    • Facilitate Data driven decision making: Ensure appropriate data and insights are surfaced at the right altitude and in a timely manner to enable leadership and stakeholders to make data driven decisions.

    • Special Projects: On an as needed basis, you will be asked to design and deliver high-impact, cross-team projects to meet the changing business environment. You will demonstrate successful project management and cross CXP ability to partner.
    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
      o OR equivalent experience.
    Other Requirements:
    • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
    Additional or Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
      o OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
      o OR equivalent experience.
    • Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex business and technology Self-starter with good financial and analytical skills.
    • Effective written, interpersonal communication and presentation topics.
    • Good attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich business insights to drive business decisions.
    • Ability to work with a variety of people across the organization, including senior leaders, individual contributors, support staff and maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to maintain good judgment in dynamic environments.
    • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities.
    • Work independently to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
    Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
