    Hematology - Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    On Call Pay Rate:
    $ $110.25

    This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


    Details and requirements for this opportunity:

    • Schedule: Outpatient Clinic Schedule Monday-Friday 36 hours of patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week. Flexible Scheduling available between 8:00AM-5:30PM. Hospital Call coverage rotation everyth 4th or 5th week, one full week at a time.
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic, Hospital Call
    • Type of cases and required procedures: Primary focus on outpatient care On-call Provider handles new consults at the hospital Nurse Practitioners round on existing patients New consults are assigned to the on-call provider once evaluated
    • Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
    • Certifications required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Licensure required: Fellowship required

    Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
