    WHAT YOULL BE DOING

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing initiatives for the company and collaborating with management and internal/outside Sales Teams to design/create print and web-based materials for a wide variety of projects, execute web and digital media initiatives.

    Co-ordinate and assist with customer facing events. Market research, segmentation studies and market product fitment exercises.
    Requirements

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
    Conducting market and product surveys, competition, and product analysis
    Assisting with promotional activities, including developing and executing marketing campaigns and projects, as well as coordinating with vendors for printing, photography, videography, and promotional items
    Writing reports, company brochures, and similar documents, as well as overseeing the development of related materials like brochures, fact/specification sheets, presentation handouts, trade show graphics, and promotional items
    Organizing and hosting presentations, customer visits, and attending trade shows to represent the company's brand and products
    Providing research for business

    presentations/meetings

    and assisting in all aspects of preparation for presentations and meetings on behalf of marketing
    Developing and presenting marketing presentations
    Implementing segmentation and targeting strategies for existing and new products, ensuring personnel and vendors follow brand governance for all designed materials
    Maintaining/directing

    vendor(s) for the company's website and overseeing contractors' promotion of the company's social media footprint through popular sites
    Assisting/supporting

    the Sales Team on various promotional projects and events as needed while working within defined budget goals
    Coordinating with vendors for printing, photography, videography, and promotional item production
    Attending trade shows to represent the company's brand and products
    Ensuring personnel and vendors follow brand governance for all designed materials

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
    2-5 years of marketing and graphic design experience, preferably in oil and gas industry
    Proficient in basic HTML, WordPress, and template web creation methods with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese) are advantageous
    Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    Quickly evaluates information, identifies key issues, and makes informed judgments
    Demonstrates unwavering commitment to high personal conduct standards
    Balances autonomy and collaboration effectively, fostering a cooperative work culture

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and components, up to 25 pounds
    Operate basic office equipment, such as a keyboard, mouse,

    copier/printer/scanner
    Sit and/or standing for long periods of time, up to 8-10 hours a day
    Walk/travel to production areas while wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), at minimum includes safety glasses, steel toe shoes/boots and a hard hat
    Ability to travel, 5% or more, within North America.
