    Salary:

    $17 - $20 / hour

    How You'll Make an Impact:

    As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of our patients and doctors. With the necessary support and training, you'll unlock your full career potential and contribute to improving the community one smile at a time.

    • Assisting in various treatment procedures
    • Performing dental x-rays
    • Setting up and cleaning treatment areas
    • Overseeing patient handoffs and managing patient flow
    • Ensuring infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments
    • Providing patients with oral hygiene education
    • Handling denture soft relines and temporary crowns
    • Taking high-quality impressions and bite registrations
    • Conducting digital intraoral scans
    • Assisting in patient charting
    • Supporting general office duties as needed
    • Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all backgrounds and ages
    • Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
    • Ability to work harmoniously with other dental team members to deliver outstanding patient care
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Active license, registration, or permit as mandated by the state, including x-ray certification if necessary
