    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial package and work directly with the Controller to provide financial insight to executive and operational management.


    Example responsibilities include:


    Preparing monthly financial package reports using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics reporting softwareAnalysis of clinic, corporate, and regional financial reports and provide feedback to department heads on variances.

    General Ledger (Microsoft Dynamics) set up and maintenance.
    Revenue and bad debt accounting/analysisManage relationships with outside advisors such as tax and audit firms.
    Develop and implement financial controls and processes.
    Manage 2-3 Accountants:Payroll (labor) accountingPurchase accounting for acquisitions.
    Cash Accounting, including bank and clinic cash reconciliations.
    Balance sheet reconciliationsPractice management/tax accounting.
    Fixed asset accountingAnnual reports, business licenses and property tax filingsSales/use tax filingsAnnual auditAccounting research and additional duties, as required.
    Candidates who have been Sr.

    Accountant's and/or Accounting Managers looking for an opportunity to grow with a fast-paced private equity backed company are ideal candidates.

    The candidate must be able to effectively manage and motivate team members as well as have a strong ability to interact effectively with other departments.

    A history of using a midsized accounting package is a plus; however intense on-the-job training is available, as necessary.
    The candidate must possess very strong Excel skills.
    Candidates with general business curiosity and a strong interest in growing and learn professionally will thrive in this position.

    Experience Required:
    5-10 years of post-undergraduate experience is recommended.
    Public Accounting a plusMulti-unit healthcare a plus

    Computer Proficiency:
    Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

    Intermediate to Advanced Skills with a midsized accounting package (Microsoft Dynamics Required)Education:
