Job description
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) at a salary of $71,000–$76,000, based on experience.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized service plans, providing direct therapy, supporting families, and acting as a service coordinator to promote child development and family engagement.
Requirements:
Current Massachusetts licensure and ASHA certification
Knowledge of early childhood development and family systems
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Reliable transportation; bilingual skills a plus
