Job summary
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation. Our nurses make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing daily care and health needs.The LPN is responsible for providing professional assessments and documentation of resident health, assisting with management of nursing units staff, supervising and performing care assignments,
participating in development and implementation of resident care plans.
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid LPN License in good standing.
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word.
