    Description

    Specific Job Responsibilities


    • Installation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Azure hosted VMs.
    • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot all servers and related cloud-based systems.
    • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot LANs, WANs, VPNs, and Internet services.
    • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot Azure Site Recovery and backup systems.
    • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot Teams Phone Systems.
    • Adhere to Change Management protocol and maintain change logs.
    • Author and maintain technical documentation including policies and procedures.
    • Complete special projects as required.
    • Travel to nexAir locations as required.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.
    • Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Office 365, SQL Server, Teams Phone System, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
    • Experience with Cisco Meraki networks.
    • Experience with managing multi-site networks.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to details and a high level of customer service.
    • Must be proactive and committed to the timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
    • Ability to work with junior members of the IT team through both one-on-one training and group training to advance the knowledge and effectiveness of the entire team.
