We are searching for a Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team at our *Dental One Associates- Woodbridge office* in Woodbridge, Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch patient care, work well in a team environment, and perform various clinical duties such as teeth cleaning and oral examinations. Additionally, responsibilities may include educating patients on oral hygiene, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride or sealants. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

For two decades, our practice has offered a wide range of dental services in a single convenient location, creating a family-friendly environment for both adults and children.

*Pay: * $55-$60/hour plus monthly incentive bonus.
*Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8am - 2:00pm

*Benefits:

*Patients:* 9 per day with 60 minute appointment times (Appointment time may vary based on patients age)
*Experience:* 2 years of hands-on experience preferred, X- Ray required, and Local anesthesia - Required.

Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities

Dental Hygienists play a crucial role in enhancing patients' oral health through periodontal therapies and hygiene services. Candidates should exhibit passion for dental care and deliver exceptional service consistently.
The Dental Hygienist administers oral hygiene treatment, dental care, and education following state regulations, with a focus on patient screening, medical history, and dental charting.
Tasks include applying fluoride, sealants, removing calculus, plaque, and stains, as well as providing nutritional guidance and disease prevention programs.
