Job summary
The steward/dishwasher is responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen and assigned back of the house areas.· Organizes and sets up his/her station according to set-up chart or as instructed by the Chief Steward or kitchen management to execute tasks efficiently and in a timely manner without loss of product or damage to kitchen equipment or dish ware.
