    Salary will commensurate with experience relevant to the position.


    Summary:


    The Financial Analyst, FP&A is expected to support month end close reporting, budgeting and forecast reporting, and additional ad hoc work.

    This position is heavily involved in report building and review, as well as consolidation of data from business units and other sources.

    In addition, this individual will assist with building presentations for company leadership.


    Essential Functions:
    Support the FP&A budgeting and forecasting process, building reports and schedules to collect and analyze information from the business.
    Support month-end reporting activities to ensure timely, well-presented, and accurate P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis.
    Analyze financial results, including both the P&L and balance sheet, to assist with strategic guidance and decision making.
    Help prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Senior Management
    Support the development of system solutions and process improvements that meet the needs of the business.
    Ad hoc support and requests.

    Position Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    2-3 years finance experience. Strong proficiency in with Microsoft Excel. Hyperion Financial Management and / or OneStream experience a plus.
