Job summary
A specialized industrial equipment and process systems company is building a new high-volume manufacturing division and needs a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to stand up the tooling, work cells, and floor structure that will make it scalable.
You'll live on the shop floor,design and implement jigs and fixtures,
troubleshoot bottlenecks in real time,
improve material flow,
and help integrate robotic and laser welding systems like factory ramps.
You'll be the technical anchor for daily throughput quality production priorities.
This is not a desk job. You'll build structure from scratch grow into leading team with deep tooling fixture experience solid welding familiarity leadership mindset.
