We are looking for highly energetic and responsible individuals to help support the School of Education's faculty staff and students in a professional dynamic environment.Responsibilities
- The Helpdesk Analysts role is to support end users computer environments class room technology and distance learning tools.
- Experience supporting 1000+ end users in an enterprise level environment via desktop remote laptop mobile devices Cell phone Android iPhone Active Directory reset access control device support printers scanners ancillary devices telephone desk-side skills written spoken communication.
