- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- CPR Certified
- Coordinate and supervise the program and team.
- Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Design a training program and game program.
- Organize and manage the coaching staff to ensure the program is implemented
- Ensure that all athletic activities conform to MIAA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community.
- Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations.
- React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
- Support the value of an education.
- Requires prolonged sitting or standing.
- Occasionally, it requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push
- Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.

- Must work in noisy and crowded environments.
- Coordinate and supervise High School programs and teams.
- Help students achieve gains in athletic skills and team performance.

- Call meetings with coaching staff periodically and consistently throughout the sports

- Ensure that physical evaluation and permission forms are correctly completed and
