    Job Title: Director of Operations

    Location: Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC

    Reports To:
    CEO

    Compensation:

    $115k - $125k base salary plus bonus, Family paid health insurance of 100%, Mileage Reimbursement, PTO, Cell, Laptop, Equity (undefined) and additional perks

    Key Responsibilities:

    BraveView has been engaged to recruit for a Director of Operations for a company that is growing via acquisition across the Southeast of the US.

    This remote position will be responsible for reviewing, defining and implementing policies and procedures within the newly acquired business. They will work with the GM's of each market to develop and implement strategies that will allow the company to compete by growing revenue and profits while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

    This person will focus on Operations, Team Building, Software utilization, define KPI's to ensure that these individual markets operate under an corporate umbrella with consistency throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define best practice goals to implement company wide.
    • Work with and support the General Managers in each market to achieve defined goals.
    • Define and implement all aspects of market operations, including sales, production, and administrative functions
    • Own strategic work streams at the Companies that support the GM's and their teams in achieving annual revenue and profitability goals.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and promote a culture of safety and teamwork
    • Hire, train, and mentor staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and meet production goals
    • Develop and manage branch budgets and financial goals, including monitoring expenses and revenue
    • Collaborate with local market General Managers and corporate leadership to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery across the company
    • Participate in industry events and associations to stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the industry

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in leadership and management in the landscaping or related industry
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture practices
    • Ability to manage diverse operating styles of staff and adjust to the seasonality of the business
    • Experienced working in cloud-based operating and process systems such as Aspire, or others.
    • Experience working with marketing, technology implementations and hiring employees and third parties.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
    • Travel will be 30-60% depending on the status of each acquisition.
