Qualifications
+To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.+Paras hired after January 8, 2006, must have: Completed two (2) years or more years of study at an institution of higher education; or Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree; or Passed the Para Pro Test,Responsibilities
+Assist and care for personal needs of students.Implement activities, skills and reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher from the IEP.,+Supervise drill work,+guide independent study,
enrichment work,
and remedial work as arranged by the teacher.
+Provide general supervision of students under
the teacher's direction.
,+Monitor student's social/vocational abilities through written documentation and observation.,+Collect and summarize student progress data as directed by
classroom teacher.
