    We're looking for a Launch Readiness Program Manager to join our team at Snap Inc In this position, you'll become familiar with the entire product development lifecycle at one of the most innovative companies in the world.

    As a member of the Global Strategic Initiatives and Readiness team, you will work closely with Product Teams, XFN Operations Teams, and Support Teams to ensure the successful launch of new Snapchat ad products and features.

    The Launch Readiness program covers all ad monetization products and features across Brand and Direct response advertising products, Augmented Reality, Platform improvements and more.

    Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate collaboration between Product, Business Operations teams, Scaled advertiser support channels, and other Go-to-Market teams such as Product Marketing to establish effective launch processes and ensure seamless organizational change and communication.

    You will ensure all downstream Operations teams are ready to successfully support the launch of new products and features.

    As a Program Manager, you'll also be responsible for identifying areas of opportunities to improve the Launch readiness program and streamline product operations.

    What you'll do:

    Drive operational readiness for new Snapchat advertising and business product launches across a wide range of cross functional teams. Review product roadmaps and create launch readiness plans for new products in partnership with Product Managers.

    Ensure downstream operations teams, such as Customer Operations, Vendor support and Content, are prepared to support new products.

    Work cross-functionally to ensure communication and preparedness across partners. Advocate for internal operations and support teams by proactively identifying potential risks and challenges of new features and products.

    Gather feedback from key stakeholders to continuously improve the launch readiness process. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement across the company, leveraging data analysis and industry best practices.

    Lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Launch Readiness Program inclusive of process automation. Work closely with Product to identify opportunities to upstream product launch operations at Snap.

    Own the weekly program report including Key Performance Indicators.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.

    Ability to initiate and autonomously drive cross-functional projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans.

    Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and teams across varying disciplines and levels.

    Be able to understand, speak to, and represent the business needs of the team in varying audiences with cross functional stakeholders within tech and operations.

    Manage multiple projects at a time and influence

    resourcing/prioritization,

    escalating issues when risks occur.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

    3+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or other related field

    Preferred Qualifications
    Previous experience working for a consumer technology in a project management position.

    Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership

    Familiarity with customer support workflows and operational design best practices.

    Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Scrum.

    Experience with systems such as Jira

    Compensation
    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC)

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000 annually.

    Zone B

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $99,000-$148,000 annually.

    Zone C

    :

    The base salary range for this position is $88,000-$133,000 annually.

    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
