- Respond to work orders via internet-based phone application Identify diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance needs after move-outs during a walk-through of the unit reporting maintenance needs back to Maintenance Zone Manager or entering information as a new work order.
- Perform general repairs to ensure each unit is up to company standards before new residents move in such as replacement removal and installation of outlets lighting light bulbs and ceiling fans replacement removal and installation of blinds mirrors closet doors replacement smoke detectors repair broken windows screens door handles locks address plumbing concerns such as leaking faucets toilets clogged drains caulking tubs sinks minor appliance repair
