    The District is currently conducting a recruitment for an AirQuality Compliance Manager to fill a vacancy in the ComplianceDepartment in the Modesto office.

    Under direction from theDirector of Compliance, the Air Quality Compliance Managermanages the workload and resources of their team and isresponsible for accomplishing established District anddepartmental goals and objectives.

    The incumbent is alsoresponsible for providing expert professional assistance toExecutive staff and to lead the continuous promotion anddevelopment of the STAR (Service, Teamwork, Attitude & Respect)work culture throughout the District.

    The Air Quality ComplianceManager is an unclassified position in which the incumbent servesat the discretion of the Executive Director/APCO.

    Qualifications:


    Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university with major coursework in chemistry,physics, engineering, environmental science, or a relatedscientific discipline, and four years of applicable environmentaland/or air quality experience, two years of which the lead levelor above is preferred.
