    Admin / Clerical Position Job Summary:
    We are seeking an organized and responsible clerical worker. The ideal candidate will undertake various administrative and clerical duties, requiring strong organizational and customer service abilities.

    Admin / Clerical Position Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials.
    • Maintain and update files and databases.
    • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate recipient.
    • Handle incoming mail and packages from various carriers, ensuring proper distribution.
    • Take comprehensive notes during meetings or transcribe and edit meeting memos.
    • Coordinate meeting schedules and make necessary arrangements.
    • Arrange travel plans as needed.
    • Schedule appointments and conferences.
    • Handle paperwork, faxes, and other documentation.
    • Manage office supplies, including ordering, purchasing, and invoicing.
    • Prepare mailings and packages for delivery.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Perform photocopying and faxing tasks as required.

    Admin / Clerical Position Requirements and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma; GED, associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
    • Previous office or customer service experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Report to work on time with proper uniform and grooming.
    • Adhere to all school district and building rules and regulations.
    • Utilize proper hand-washing techniques.
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and seminars as scheduled.
    • Complete other tasks as assigned.
