- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the IT industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
