A bit about the opportunity:
We are in search of a skilled and committed Safety Manager to join our team. As the Safety Manager, your main role will involve supervising and executing comprehensive safety programs to ensure the welfare of our employees and compliance with safety regulations. Your key aim will be to establish and uphold a secure work environment, reducing the likelihood of accidents, injuries, and occupational risks. You will work closely with management, supervisors, and staff to instill a culture of safety awareness company-wide.This company has experienced significant growth, reaching $500M in the past 4 years. They are seeking an individual with supervisor experience looking to transition into a managerial position or someone eager to advance in their career. This role involves overseeing a team of 50-60 individuals, with the potential to expand to 120 team members. Preferred qualifications include OSHA certifications and prior experience in construction.
