    Job Description

    This practice is looking for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, experienced or trained in Pediatrics, who will be given the autonomy to shape their schedule and be rewarded directly for their expertise.     Position Highlights
    • General PM&R opportunity, but open to s ubspecialty interests, including spinal cord injury, cancer rehab, amputee care, pediatrics and brain injury medicine

    • Setting and schedule will be dependent upon role/focus, offers flexibility and a great work-life balance

    • High-impact patient care, top-tier hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs), and/or acute rehab centers

    • Medical Director track is available, which includes dedicated administrative time and a leadership stipend

    Practice Environment

    • Join a respected private practice that is physician-led and patient-focused

    • Work with a full multidisciplinary team, including APPs, physical and occupational therapists, and medical assistants

    • Optional medical scribes are available to streamline documentation and allow you to focus on patient care

    Compensation and Benefits

    • W-2 employee and 1099 independent contractor options

    • Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

    • Dental and Supplemental insurance

    • Malpractice insurance and r obust retirement plan

    • Company funded 401(k) contribution and PTO

    • CME allowance and all professional licensure fees covered (DEA and medical license)

    • Partnership opportunity after two years

    Candidate Requirements

    • MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

    • Open to new graduates and subspecialty interests, including spinal cord injury, cancer rehab, amputee care, pediatrics, and brain injury medicine experience and/or fellowship-trained preferred

    • Passionate about patient care, collaborative by nature, and looking to grow in a physician-led private practice
