Job duties:
Train new Personal Bankers at one of the two training locations in the KC area. Help mentor new staff learn key skills to help clients set up new accounts, loans, and complete transactions as necessary
Train and coach new personal bankers via side by side training, learning modules, and virtual classroom environment

Background:

2 years of Personal Banker experience or 1 year retail sales banking experience plus 1 year retail bank training experience
Professional communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
