    We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support to our Account Executive team. The position works both in the office and on event sites to streamline the sales process and help successfully execute events.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service in responding to phone or email inquiries.
    • Assist with creating and revising event proposals.
    • Submit and monitor vendor orders for required materials and supplies.
    • Ensure all contracts are approved and confirmed by the client prior to the event.
    • Assemble event packets including layouts, details and other supporting documents.
    • Verify billing information and assist with preparing invoices to submit to Accounting.
    • Coordinate regularly with the Account Executive regarding any client communication.
    • Attend client meetings, site visits and events as needed.
    • Other administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Demonstrated interest in food and event sales.
    • Excellent customer service skills and polished phone manner.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Reliable transportation to office and events required.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous administrative and/or event experience a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Reliable transportation to the office and event sites is required.

    Compensation:
    • Starting at $50,000 per year with hourly event pay - Estimated Annual Pay $60,000+

    Work Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work is expected based on the events calendar.
