SUMMARY OF THIS POSITION:
This position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit to strengthen the community. This role is responsible for delivering safe and quality programming to participants while adhering to all standards. The staff member will supervise and engage with participants fostering positive behavior management. The employee must be able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment working independently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commits to the YMCA's mission vision and values promoting healthy living social responsibility youth development.
- Works with supervisor creating implementing procedures programs or curriculum.
- Maintains clean safe program environment keeps storage areas organized ensures proper hygiene sanitization including regular handwashing children staff sanitizing food preparation serving areas disinfecting toys surfaces checks children drop off guardian pick up policy follows DHHS Childcare Licensing rules.
