    Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Account Director at NAS Recruitment InnovationJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team.

    Our account management team handles a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management.

    This vital role requires a go-getter who can hit the ground running. Agency experience, particularly in the recruitment industry, is highly desirable.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that involve research, media and planningPartnering with clients to determine project strategy and objectives, including go-to-market strategies and campaign executionsPreparing and presenting media plans, analyses, and recommendationsEstablishing, maintaining and managing client budgetsManaging all client communications and ensuring client satisfaction with overall project deliverablesAnticipating client needs and growing business by offering new products and servicesBuilding strong relationships and providing unparalleled customer servicePlan and coordinate projects, brief creative teams, and manage budgets.
