    Customer Care Representative in a dynamic home technology environment, responsible for schedule appointments for installations products and services such as security, home automation, home theatre systems for homeowners as well as warranty service appointments. Fast growing, dynamic team. COMMISSION ON PHONE SALES.

    A successful candidate will:

    • Schedule is 8:00-5:00, Mon-Fri.
    • Have excellent phone skills and the ability to resolve complaints.
    • Be fast and accurate at data entry.
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Ability to multitask answering phones and entering data on computer.
    • Ability to work as a team to accomplish goals.
    • Ability to discuss additional products and services with homeowners over the phone.
