    Summary

    As the People Team at Chobani advances on the journey towards cultivating an analytical and data-driven culture, and we're seeking a dynamic, independent, and a visionary professional who will be responsible to capture, share and create people insights from a variety of data sources.

    Working in collaboration with other stakeholders, they will create standard and ad hoc dashboards and stories to enable data focused decision making regarding the Chobani business goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities


    People Analytics Product Management


    • Use HR systems and tools to develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service reports and data solutions
    • Build and maintain self-service interactive dashboards or presentation-ready materials using Power BI or SaaS-based visualization tools (Eqtble)
    • Mange the end-to-end development process from requirements to completion, and the on-going maintenance and enhancements through release schedules
    • Ensure products are delivered that are audience appropriate, adhering to HR standards for data sharing and meeting the client's need accurately
    Data Governance


    • Define and implement key People metrics used within and outside of People Team
    • Develop and implement standards for reporting and analytics including SOPs, data dictionaries
    • Guide the People Systems and Operations team to improve data integrity and quality in the source systems as well as enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities
    Data Strategy


    • Create long-term strategies to ingest data from various internal HR, Finance & Payroll systems as well as public data from external sources like Compensation benchmarks, DOL, etc. and weave them to provide comprehensive analyses
    • Build and provide requirements for People Data Lake/Warehouse and partner with the IT team during the build, test, and deployment phases
    Data Science - Advanced Analytics & Insights


    • Conduct investigative research on People Data to tackle business problems
    • Use mathematical and statistical techniques to connect dots across different data points, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns, and then convert them into simple, relatable, and actionable recommendations and interventions that help drive data-driven decisions and strategies
    • Use effective and compelling storytelling methods to convey insights to People and Business Leaders
    Leadership Engagement


    • Implement a standard approach to reporting People data in partnership with the People Leadership team and other stakeholders
    • Empower business leaders to self-serve data and interpret and apply insights through tools and training
    • Make presentations and present to the People Leadership Team or Executive Leadership Team, periodically or as needed
    Mentorship & Training


    • Guide peers and stakeholders across the People Team on best practices and usage of People Analytics products
    • Build and maintain training guides and other content for users
    Continuous Improvement


    • Continually identify and implement new market best practice and overall process improvement opportunities
    • Recommend improvements and influence system owners to incorporate changes to business processes that could ultimately enhance reporting and analytics capabilities

    Requirements




    • Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields in HR, I/O Psychology, or comparable work experience

    8+ years of experience working with:
    o People/HR data and systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
    o ATS and Payroll systems
    o Native reporting capabilities within HRIS
    o Data extraction and prep tools like SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, etc.


    • 5+ years of experience with BI and data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of all areas of HR such as Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Experience and Survey tools like Qualtrics, Glint, Culture Amp, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze, significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent storytelling abilities with strong experience in weaving multiple data points into actionable insights
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex finding to audiences of all levels including C-Suite executives
    • Experience with SaaS People Analytics tools like Eqtble or Visier is a plus
    • Proven track record of delivering value-added insights aligned with business goals
    • Recent demonstrated experience supporting a fast paced and nimble organization
    • This position may be seated in any location with 10-15% travel. If candidate resides in the NY Metro, position will require 20% travel primarily to our Soho location and potentially other locations if needed.
