Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial

Branch Manager

to lead their own mortgage production in a remote, full-time role.

This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the wholesale broker business model, moving away from the traditional retail call center environment.

Branch Managers will manage their own marketing and lead generation, with Pure Capital Lending providing a proven blueprint for success that can yield a fulfilling and rewarding career in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage marketing and lead generation, with strategic guidance on purchasing leads to build a robust customer database.
Utilize our proven blueprint for success to maximize return on investment and drive high-volume production.

Embrace the wholesale broker model, offering a pathway to more autonomy and higher earning potential compared to traditional retail roles.

Leverage our proprietary CRM technology built from the ground up, including custom drip campaign sequencing, to efficiently manage and nurture leads without any additional monthly fees.

Ensure customer satisfaction by tailoring mortgage solutions to individual needs, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates with high-volume production experience as a loan officer in the mortgage industry.
Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of mortgage lending, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
Must be NMLS Licensed and actively pursuing or hold a CA-DRE salesperson or broker license .
