Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Architect programmatic ABM for large employers and list-based marketing for job seekers and small businesses.

• Journey Optimization: Design and scale user journeys that convert initial awareness into long-term adoption and monetization.

• Operational Efficiency: Automate processes for local teams and partner with RevOps to ensure high-quality Sales handoffs via strict SLAs.

• Vendor & Agency Management: Standardize the selection and coordination of external partners and agencies to ensure global consistency.

• AI-Driven Experimentation: Deploy AI frameworks to test channel mixes and reduce creative "idea-to-launch" cycles to under 24 hours.

• Data & Signal Intelligence: Build first- and third-party audience models while using tools like Clay to enrich data and operationalize engagement signals.

• Strategic Leadership: Build the department from scratch, secure headcount through business cases, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Skills/Competencies

• Senior Leadership: 10+ years in Marketing Ops, Tech, or Segment Marketing.3+ years leading global teams at a major tech firm (SaaS/B2B/B2C).

• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in AI-driven creative tools, audience discovery, and advanced marketing automation ecosystems. Deep understanding of the entire marketing lifecycle across both B2B and B2C channels.

• Strategic Execution: Proven track record of leading large-scale Demand Engineering initiatives and scaling complex global workflows across multiple countries.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence Brand, Growth, RevOps, Product, and Sales at the leadership level.

• Builder Mindset: A bias toward "ship same day" execution, thriving in ambiguity while maintaining high operational excellence.

• Analytical & Change Leadership: Experienced at defining ROI/KPI frameworks and driving the adoption of new technologies across geographically distributed teams.

• Communication & Mentorship: Outstanding ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear narratives while nurturing high-performing, global talent.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
