    Your role contributes significantly to our patients' well-being, and each team member plays a vital part in our success. We seek a committed RN Intermediate Care professional to join our team.

    Position Summary and Requirements

    As a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will deliver top-notch care to patients requiring acute medical/surgical attention. Your responsibilities include:

    • Providing individualized patient care through assessment and planning.
    • Responding promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
    • Collaborating with patients/families to develop and implement care plans.
    • Communicating effectively with physicians regarding patient status.
    • Engaging in process improvement activities and supporting families during challenging times.
    • Remaining composed and professional, even in demanding situations.

    Qualifications

    • Active State of Utah Registered Nurse License or RN license in a Compact State.
    • Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) certification.
    • Associates Degree in Nursing.
    • Prior experience in high acuity hospital settings.
