This medical facility is part of a physician-led, mission-driven health system that includes a Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center.

The organization is committed to world-class patient care and offers a collaborative environment with a team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists providing comprehensive services across multiple specialties.

Opportunity:

Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:

Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists in a physician-led health system
Provide anesthesia services across Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center
Handle diverse case mix including high-acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine procedures, general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Participate in manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
Optional participation in leadership and teaching opportunities
Must be Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Colorado Medical License required (or willing to obtain)
DEA registration required (must be obtained prior to start)
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Flexible FTE options with up to 16 weeks of vacation depending on chosen FTE
Weekend call as part of shared rotation
