    Job Description:

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Assist with scheduling interviews and managing interview logistics.
    • Assis with sourcing candidates using available platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Assist with the creating and posting of jobs on various platforms and websites.
    • Oversee recruiting websites, posting highlights and social media coverage from the hospital sites.
    • Respond to comments posted by external sources on all SRC recruiting sites.
    • Provide content for external recruiting sites.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in WorkRite Recruiting.
    • Serve as first point of contact for candidates, providing timely responses to inquiries and assisting with general recruitment inquiries.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Work closely with the recruiting team to support their needs and contribute to the overall success of the department.
    Required Skills/Abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in recruiting or administrative role a plus.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and content development preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems desirable, previous Workday experience a plus.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
