- Process and submit monthly accounts receivable invoices.
- Maintain and process monthly invoice payment reconciliations.
- Maintain and record prepaid expenses.
- Tracking and recording of fixed assets.
- Month-end close activities to include adjusting journal entries & balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review and process expense reports in accordance with Evans' policies, FTR/JTR, and FAR, when applicable.
- Assist with monthly corporate card and travel reconciliations.
- Assist with annual 1099 filing.
- Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e., Finance/Accounting).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
- Government contract accounting experience and a working knowledge of FAR/CAS is a plus.
- Knowledge of general accounting theories, principles, and practices with a solid knowledge of general budgeting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Unanet.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Precise, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Corporate Admin, Human Resources, Contracts, Senior Manager teams and Program Management Organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
